Vista Trust – British Virgin Island.
The British Virgin Islands special Trust act has now enabled the creation
of the special type of Trust, which are known as Vista Trusts, which can be
used to circumvent the difficulties and contradictions between the settlor and
the trustees, A Vista Trust was adopted by the legislative council of the territory
of the British Virgin island in late 2003.
