British Virgin Islands – Consent to Act 2013

Dear Clients,
As you may have already learned, amendments were recently introduced to the BVI Business Companies Act and the BVI Business Companies Regulations, including amendments to some of the dissolution/liquidation documents of BVI Companies.
With the introduction of these changes, the Liquidator must file notice of his/her appointment, signing a Consent to Act accepting his appointment, in compliance with Section 203 (1) (c) of the Act.
Therefore, from now on, it is a requirement for us to include this requisite as part of the dissolution/liquidation documents.
Please do not hesitate to contact us at info@cardwell-capital.com, should you have any questions or comments.
Kind regards,
Cardwell Advisory Desk
